Our organic vegetable shell pasta is made from stone-milled whole durum semolina, with the addition of spinach powder (green shells) and beet powder (purple shells). This pasta cooks in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes for al dante, or until desired texture. Ideal for pasta salads or serve with your favourite sauce hot.
