TVP Slices-Vegan Meat Alternative


TVP Textured Vegetable Protein is an excellent source of plant proteins. It’s great in stir fry, curry or used as an ingredient in your own version of plant-sourced hamburgers!
Soak half of the small bag (110-120grams) in about 2-3 cups warm water for about 10 minutes.
Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Season and sautée over medium-high heat until slightly brown and crispy.
Add to your favorite recipe!
You can also coat soaked chunks with seasoned bread crumbs and bake, air fry or deep fry them.
