Refund and Returns Policy


We offer 85% refund if you cancel your purchase before the cut-off date specified for each retreat.  Once that deadline is passed, we cannot offer a refund.  However, since our aim is to develop human potential rather than getting insanely rich, we want you to be able to make this trip another time. So, we will contribute 50% of your payment towards another one of our retreats, for up to 12 months.  If we don’t have a retreat that fits your schedule, you can use that credit towards a stay at our EcoVilage in Costa Rica within 12 months of the original retreat, space permitting of course.  Contact us when you’re planning your next trip and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To complete your return, we require a written request to cancel your retreat before the cut off date associated with your purchase.


If you meet the criteria for a refund, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment. This could take up to two weeks.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact us if you still don’t see it.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
