Chaga is a Medicinal Mushroom found on birch trees locally in Nova Scotia. The root of the fungus is harvested and steeped to make a dark and earthy tea.

Ingredients:
3 TBSP. Chaga Powder
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Liters water
2 Liters water
Method:
Bring water to a boil
Turn off heat immediately
Let steep 10 – 15 minutes
Drink hot or cold.
Tea will keep in the fridge for 3-5 days.
